How to book many referees/assistant referees for your tournament when you have more games at the same time?

For example if you organise a tournament with games on 4 pitches (at the same time) you will need to book 4 referees and 8 assistant referees for the group stage of your tournament.

• In this case you need to create 4 matches (in each match you need to tick: Referee, Assistant referee #1 and Assistant referee #2.
  
  
• If after the group stage you need to play ¼ Final, ½ Final and The Final (on the same day) you should book some referees for longer, and some referees for shorter time depending of your need. For example: You may need 4 referees with 8 assistant referees for 4 hours, 2 referees with 4 assistant referees for 6 hours, and one referee with 2 assistant referees for 7 hours. Key answer of the tournament booking is the field “We need a referee(s) for: hours *”
